This is an entry level workshop designed to help beginner/intermediate pupils who wish to improve their flexibility for middle splits. The session is particularly suitable for you if you wish to begin learning box splits and progressing towards that first stretch milestone of a calf touchdown; some experience of stretching is beneficial but you do NOT need to be able to split.
